Introduction
Auxiliary-X offers software products and services, which are of a non-tangible nature. Purchased products and services are merely distributed in digital form. Demo versions of the offered software products are made available and are intended for evaluation by the potential buyer prior to the purchase. Prior to each purchase of a software product or service, the Buyer is required to explicitly confirm that the Cancellation Policy was understood and agreed to.
Auxiliary-X reserves the right to revise the Cancellation Policy at any time without any further notice.
Definitions
- Auxiliary-X – Auxiliary-X UG (haftungsbeschränkt), with its seat at Helmstedter Straße 5, 38102 Braunschweig,
Germany, Register Court: Amtsgericht Braunschweig HRB 207735, USt.-ID-Nr.: DE 323 505 313. - Buyer – a natural person or organizational entity, which purchases a license from Auxiliary-X.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal
Due to the purely digital nature of the offered products and services on this website, the Buyer’s right of withdrawal ceases with the start of the contract execution. Auxiliary-X will begin executing the contract before the withdrawal period has expired.
